the italian term for stop is basta.
i had fun at national bookstore reading aloud from this italian phrase book i randomly picked. my favorite part is this: sei gay? = are you gay? (did i spell it right? oh well). and i get to answer a) sono eterosessuale b) sono omosessuale or c)sono bisex. My girlfriend did not find it funny though. sad.
